What are some fun things in Seattle?

One big thing to watch out for in Seattle, some (a lot) restaurants will automatically add up to 20% to your bill for the $15 minimum wage. They don't always point out what it is or that it's there. Adjust your tips based on this.

Chihuly has an awesome gallery in St Petersburg also. He creates some beautiful stuff. I highly recommend going to one of his places if you get a chance and like art.

Chihuly also has an exhibit at Biltmore this summer. We went a couple of weeks ago. It was pretty good, but only gives a small taste vs the Seattle gardens.

We'll be in Tampa/St Pete this fall. We want to see the Chihuly gallery there and, more importantly, the Dali Museum.

Pretty crazy how it seems like every person that's above 35 years old or so knows who John Ward was. I've heard a couple of older guys today talking about the passing and they're not even what I would consider big Tennessee fans. Casual fans at best.

Jr asked Wilhoit while he was training him “what was going through your mind as we were getting into range?”

His response “I told Fulmer that I was going to win this game. Doesn’t matter how far it is I’m making it.”

Said Fulmer looked at him and knew.

Said no way he was going out like that against Florida.

That gave me chills.
Hope they are recruiting that mindset again.
I want Volunteers who hate losing to comprise the entire team.
Vols that truly Give Their All For TENNESSEE Today and every day!

lol

So who do we end up with? We got 10 out of 25 right now.

OT Darnell Wright
LB Quavaris Crouch
LB Henry To'oto'o
CB Jaydon Hill
CB Tyus Fields
CB Warren Burrell
WR Lance Wilhoite
S Jaylen McCollough
DT Khristian Williams
OL Melvin McBride
WR Khafre Brown
RB Jaren Mangham
QB Brian Maurer
DE Zion Logue
LB Kane Patterson

This is a dream scenario.

Would give us
1 QB
1 RB
2 TE
3 WR
4 OL
3 DT
5 DE/LB
3 CB
3 S

5* - 4
4* - 13
3* - 8

Team score: 285.95

Somebody, somewhere had to be the first to apply that criterion to beer quality. I cannot see anyone doing it with a straight face. I can't read it without snickering.

At its best, it's redundant. At its worst, it's too vague to convey anything worthwhile.

Random post here. I'd like to know what the hell Ole Miss was thinking when they fired Cutcliffe after winning 10 games and the Cotton Bowl in 04. School hadn't won 10 ball games in a season in no telling how many years and they did that? You're Ole Miss man.

Yeah I'd take that.:)

Such sad news about John Ward. He looked so old and frail in Neyland last year, so we all knew it was coming, but still, such a loss. He's right up there with Gen. Neyland and Pat Summitt on Tennessee's Mt Rushmore-- one of the best we've ever had. Tennessee was always great when John Ward called the game.

A friend of mine sent me a few pictures while at their house before Barbara died. After her passing, he started going downhill and at Neyland last year, it didn’t even look like the same guy from a couple of years back. He’s back with her now.

It just dawned on me that the last football season John Ward experienced was the worst season in Tennessee history.

Dadgummit. The world is cruel.

Hopefully he’ll be watching from above for our return to greatness.

The Dali is soooo cool...You will love it
