I'm glad he's getting a shot. Smith is an excellent receiver, but that contract only pays off if he stays healthy. He missed 21 games over his career, but impressed on Pro Day with a 4.52. Here's his highlights.

No, not close, unless he makes the 53 man roster, plays well in 2018 and gets another deal with some guaranteed money and a higher salary. What is much more likely is that he’ll be a VFL thousandaire after making the practice squad and pulling down 100k or so, which ain’t bad. But of course, his family is very wealthy and he doesn’t need the cash. Hope he can stay healthy, play through a couple of contracts and have a good nfl career. Either way, he’s got that hot little wifey....
