He pushed the action 80% of the time, ****ed up ST's leg, and scored a knockdown. I don't see what Thompson did to earn the decision. A takedown? They landed the same amount of strikes.

That being said, Chiesa and Smith agreed with you, so I might be missing something.

In case you missed it, this was the greatest entrance in UFC history. The context is Liverpool just lost in the Champion's League final yesterday in the worst fashion ever. This game is bigger than the Super Bowl and they lost because their goalie surrendered two amateur goals. The fans today were still licking their wounds and this is how they responded to Till walking out to Liverpool FC's theme song:

I think he said his goal was to win titles in 3 weight classes, and that was one big reason why he cuts so much now. They need to figure something out though, like you said someone is legit going to damage themselves.

Romero missed weight.

Dude should have never got a title shot. Whittaker already beat him with a bad wheel and then he missed weight against Rockhold.

Understand why he missed before. It was a very short nice fight. But this time it's confusing. He was 186, and couldn't lose 1 pound in two hours. Maybe age has taken its toll.
