This reminds me of a couple years ago when we found out Cam Sutton and Jalen Reeves-Maybin were coming back for their Senior years. Was like signing 2 five-stars.

Then Alvin Kamara stayed.

The first two had injury-plagued seasons, but hopefully we've bucked that curse by this point.

Please take him out to a nice place. Buy him flowers. Show him you still care and find him attractive. Remember, his mood is influenced by you.

Just because that crap worked on you, doesn't mean it will KB.

You were easy.

I'm glad Kirkland is staying.

I have it on good authority that DKjr was worried about not getting playing time since Pruitt likes Bituli more for this system. Coaches with met with him and his family and promised reps. Pretty wild. Now..do your worst lol

EDIT: likely promised reps. I don’t know what was said in their meeting, only know that he was going to transfer because of PT.

Hopefully we're not pulling something like Butch did to Hurd.

I don’t think so. Pruitt is used to having a stable of top recruits/players and making it work. I don’t see him having trouble doing that here. I.E. Bama had 3 five star running backs and 1 four star on the roster at the same time.

Mod Squad.jpg

For you young whippersnappers out there who aren't aware of 60s and 70s TV, the show was The Mod Squad and the black guy was named Link.

Maybe with the new regime he will be less prone to injury. Great work by Pruitt, and good decision by DKJr.

Don't think you meant it that way, but I don't think coaching styles had anything to do with a torn ACL or a near broken leg. That was just sh&tty luck IMO.

Prayers he stays protected from injuries, along with the rest of the team as well

I could live the rest of my life never hearing or seeing that effing sentence ever again.
That is one of the worst dramatic moment game calls in history. Broadcasters are there to enhance the moment...not water it down with some lame call like that.

I seriously wish throat cancer on him when I heard that.

We'll, in that tweet, didn't DK ask for prayers and direction on his upcoming decision? Where else did y'all think the Lord would send him? It's obvious!

Great news. That is really good news. I hope he can stay injury free and become a vol legend. Good lord knows we need all the help we can get.
