What is with the Dim libtard crap? Are you 10? Even I refer to Trump as Trump or Red Hat, and I can't think of any human I've despised more in my life.

I mentally hit puberty last month. Thanks for asking. So there’s hope for you guys yet! You keep being you!

Two things. First, I don't believe Mueller is acting in a non-partisan way. Before you start telling me he's a Republican, remember, Trump was once a Democrat. Two, Mueller has far too many conflicts of interest in all of this. Rosenstein should never have appointed him, and Mueller should have never accepted. For arguments sake, let's pretend a SC was actually needed. It shouldn't have been Mueller. Simply based on his prior relationship with Comey, it should not have been Mueller. Add in every other conflict of interest that has come to light, it most definitely should not have been Mueller. But some have become so obsessed with trying to get Trump for something, for anything, that they're willing to look past the impropriety of it all. That's what makes this a "witch hunt". The frenzy of wanting to burn Trump at the stake so badly that people are willing to overlook what methods are used, what laws are broken, what ethics are simply tossed to the side. The mindset seems to be "Trump is unethical, so it's okay to use unethical means to take him down!" If you can't see what's wrong with that, you're beyond help.

Yeah, even many of the establishment republicans don't like Trump.

People may not understand...but it takes, in most cases, many many years in politics to get to high positions, much less the highest seat at President. In that time, you develop experience and relationships. Then there's the establishment voting along party lines mantra, or else! Then there's the lobbying and big special interests.
And last but not least the deep state in cohoots with their leaks to the swamp rat media cesspool.
But at the same time you owe favors, and they do what they do to get up the food chain of power and influence.
This my friends, IS the Swamp.

Now here's the rub, an outsider, a disrupter like Trump comes into their town and Swamp and doesn't owe any of them a damn thing. He's an anomaly to 'them'. What he is really, is a problem and a major F'in thorn in their side.

That is, why, why he won. And they loathe him because he's honoring his campaign promises because he doesn't owe the Swamp rats jacksh!t. And that's why the smears, and the fights and defensive/offensive Trump kick's in. Very few people, if anyone on the planet, could have made it to the top seat above the Swamp outta nowhere politics.

He won, and 'they' can't stand it.

Now, the big question is, what did the Obama administration wittingly attempt to do to stop him, and/or destroy his seat in office?

They're bitter and angry because even when they win they know they really lost. I can't think of a single trait exhibited by Trump that I would ever want to see in one of my children. That's a sickening commentary.

It's your right to have your opinion no matter how wrong & stupid it is.

You don't like ambition, charm, and business acumen?

What worthy trait does Cankles or Brack possess?

For me at least, it's not so much that Trump drives me nuts, but more the fact that there are so many people who support and believe him no matter what.

The biggest flag waving red blooded Americans are many of the same people who believe a life long shyster over the very institutions that protect our country. Bizarre.

Congratulations! Your mockingbird media brainwashing is complete!!!

Not as exhibited by Trump. His ambition is nothing but self-serving, I find him completely devoid of charm, and his business model is to take advantage of as many people as possible for as much as you can get

But I did kind of like The Apprentice. We mainly just watched to make fun of Trump.

I'll agree with you on that front. Fully investigate in a non-partisan way (as Mueller is trying to do), publicly state the findings, deal with wrongdoers appropriately, and then move on.

When the truth is finally revealed I doubt you will believe it. Spoiler alert - you're not going to like it.

59 days. This would be fun if it weren't so utterly pathetic.

Have you seriously considered the alternative?

What will it mean to you and your view of our country, political system and the federal government if you are wrong?

You should prepare yourself for the possibility.

I'm serious and not being a smartass.

Compassion, intelligence, depth, empathy, wisdom....

You asked, I answered. No need to voice your disagreement. How about instead, you guys just list Trump's traits you would wish for your children.

If people are caught doing wrong, then in a way it only fortifies my belief in the system; because they did not get away with it and hopefully are punished to the fullest extent. That's what this whole thing has always been about.

Confidence, intelligence, wit, people skills, successful

Trump's a winner. Seems like a lot of people that dislike him don't like that.

The problem is many of us see no redeeming qualities in Obama, Clinton, or Trump. None I would teach my children. Zero.

I will take competence in a President before the feel good stuff that you mentioned. Furthermore, I believe that the supposed intelligence, depth, and wisdom of those 2 is vastly overrated, and their compassion and empathy is phony bull**** to sucker in liberals.

Are you serious? Do you really need me to spell it out for you?

The alternative - cliff notes version:

1) Trump and Trump campaign cleared of any and all wrongdoing

2) The Obama White House, FBI, CIA, DNI and DOJ illegally investigated and spied on Trump and his campaign in order to create an "insurance policy" in the unlikely event that Trump won the 2016 presidential election

I guess one of us will be right.

Tick Tock

I'm leaning toward another cover up and a draw - like a dud firecracker. DC hasn't actually handled a problem to a successful conclusion in a few decades, and it's hard to imagine it happening now.

The federal government is to running things as Vandy is to football, and that's probably giving the Feds a lot more credit than they deserve.
