It could have been except that Trump lied about who was in attendance in the meeting and what was discussed in a statement he crafted aboard Air Force One. It was supposedly just about Russian adoptions... but then, Veselnitskaya also had dirt on Hillary. He has a way of arousing suspicion and making things worse than they have to be just because his first instinct is to lie.
...and I hope everything is okay, Weezer. It's easy to forget that the posters behind these monikers and avi's are actual people with lives.
Speculation is not actual news. Actual news is based on fact. What happens in the investigation, for example, is fact. But you and others then take that information and extrapolate a theory that damns Trump as guilty. There's zero actual proof or evidence to support your theory but you state said theory as fact because you want it to be true. You dislike Trump. I get it. Guys a douchbag. But you cannot convict him of something without actual evidence.
I never reject real, factual news. I often do reject opinion piece fluff because I don't like people telling me what my opinion should be. I'll form my own opinions, thank you. Give me something of merit and I won't downplay its merit.
Also, I'm assuming by your response there is no transcript of said meeting. So even if there was a meeting, we don't know what was actually discussed? Another speculation thing?
News would be $500k from Russian to Cohen. Speculation would be that money was used for porn star payoffs. News would be the Trump tower meeting that emails indicate was about dirt on Hillary. Speculation would be that is where a conspiracy took place. You can accept the news without believing the speculation.
If the money paid to Cohen had any connection to Trump/Russia why would Mueller pass it off to another jurisdiction? Just use your head and stop the lapdog routine.
LolThe truth of the matter weezer is that people post news in this thread regarding the ongoing investigation and speculate on that information. You and others reject the news or downplay the importance. We don't know everything or even a tenth of what Mueller knows and we are left with speculation. It is what it is.
Are you trying to say Mueller can't use that information now? It sure sounds like it. It's called information sharing and is not an uncommon thing.
Please show me where I said hes the only business man to screw over people.....its sad that many of you dont think hell screw over the American people to benefit himself and his brand. Its what he does

because a lot of it has proven to be false or not have any substance behind it. when things have been proven false you ignore it just the same.
"your" side also will never admit if something actually might help Trump.
you paint a very narrow part of what is the truth. would it kill you guys if every once and a while you admitted that this new piece of "news" is probably nothing? The speculation runs wild every chance you get. its why we have been using "You've got him now.".
you jump at each piece of news as "this is what is going to ruin Trump", what about that last piece that went no where? it apparently doesn't matter only the new news matters. incredibly short attention span.
Can't trust CNN.Apparently true.

And I'm even using the libs Bible as my source.
President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, contacted the drug giant Novartis after the 2016 election "promising access" to the new administration, and Special Counsel Robert Mueller later requested information from the company about the offer, a senior official inside Novartis told NBC News on Wednesday.
"He [Cohen] contacted us after the new administration was in place," the official said. "He was promising access to the new administration."
The disclosure came after an attorney representing the adult-film actress who says she had an affair with Trump released a summary of bank transactions that he says shows payments from various companies to a company controlled by Cohen.
