TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

The deeper issue here is that Trump wants to weaponize the DOJ and FBI to attack his political opponents and lock them up by subverting law, all the while holding himself above the law. And his supporters are bloodthirsty for him to do it. This is why they keep getting called Fascists since they enjoy this new brand of authoritarian conservatism.

Not to mention Obstruction of Justice, collusion, money laundering, data theft, campaign finance violations, bribery, extortion, perjury, and treason. I hope his entire family rots in prison.

"After the raid, members of Trump's legal team advised the president not to speak to Cohen, according to a person familiar with the discussion.

Two sources close to Trump's newest attorney, Rudolph Giuliani, say he learned that days after the raid the president had made a call to Cohen, and told Trump never to call again out of concern the call was being recorded by prosecutors."

Oh my! Donald and Cohen on a tapped conversation. Even after being warned not to call him. Total asshat.

Get your popcorn for the transcript...

GV you're a smart guy. Surely you see the writing on the wall here. Cohen was Trumps long time fixer. You know he likely had a trove of info implicating Trump on all the **** he's "fixed" over the years. This is how dirty presidencies end. The end is near.

Mueller's independent investigation is legitimate, actually what the Feds are supposed to do. Not Trump's "stick it to liberals and let me do whatever I want" method of governing.

Ironic in the fact you think Trump is turning a federal agency into a weapon to point at his opponents.

Explain to me again how the IRS targeting conservative groups was apolitical...

You know, Mick. You're starting to actually come around to a neutral "wait for the facts" stance.

Before long, you might even see how this whole investigation might have been overblown to begin with.

Exactly how has he (Trump) used the DOJ or any other federal agency to go after political opponents?

Don't care to argue for or against this but I don't see that he has tipped the scale one way or the other. The House Intelligence Committee is a whole different story.

I said he WANTS to use it as a weapon ("lock her up" remember?), but the DOJ told him to go to hell. True Patriots.

Also, Huckabee Sanders is currently getting roasted by the Press Corp. She looks defeated, which is fantastic.

I’ve never seen so much irony and hypocrisy in one post.

Feel better?

The Mueller investigation (I use this loosely) is nothing but extortion of money from the American people.

Data theft? Didn’t Clinton opposition, within the DNC, willingly give some of this data away? What about Wikileaks? That damn Trump is a jack of all trades.

Perjury? Where did Trump lie in a court of law, under oath?

Campaign finance? Should we even go there?

The DOJ ignored him and told him to go to hell?

And Sessions is still in a job? WOW!

No, sorry. You failed...again.

Well the good news is that Trumps Presidency was actually just a Sitcom / Reality TV show all along. "Two and a Half Brain Cells" premiers this October.

I'm still under the impression that they are looking into Uranium One and searching for missing emails. Is the field office in Little Rock still investigating some of the claims from the right?

So...

How is it deflecting to point out the irony in a poster screeching about an Administration using a federal agency as a political weapon and their base cheering them on?

She said that she didn't know that Trump had repaid Cohen the $130K until Giuliani's interview on Fox with Hannity. This administration does not have it's s*** together at all.

It was my impression the U1 investigation started long before Trump took office (or was part of another investigation) but I could be wrong on the time line.

As for the email thing, I've only seen obscure sites and conspiracy type mentions of the Little Rock office keeping the email investigation open. Perhaps I missed it on my normal spin through Fox News?
