Haha you silly lil dude. Nobody got mad about any of yer silly hot takes. In fact yer gifs of Michael destroying white guys were the best part of the whole thing. But if you wanna pretend you accomplished something and take yer little ball and go home, I promise you, nobody will notice. :eek:k::hi:

I have to admit, I don't care that he thinks LeBron is great, I happen to also think he is a great player. Denigrating white NBA players just because of their skin color sat wrong with me since MJ was an equal opportunity abuser. He made everybody look bad at some point, even great defenders like Gary Payton or Jon Starks.

I’ll take Durant over Lebron right now. Flame away

Jordan’s not even an argument imo

I don't blame kids that don't know..I mean you actually had to see it to understand. Some guys brought up Elgin Baylor, I never saw him play, so it is hard for me to understand how great he was, I will say that I think like todays players in the NancyBoyAssociation I think he played in an era of lax defense.

That period from the mid 80s to the late 90s was the hyper aggresive defensive era where physical fortitude was as important an ability as jumping. Todays defense is by design total garbage. The rules are meant to allow for a free flowing offensive display.

He was just reaching for any excuse for la bron. It's pretty hard to find negative things to say about Michael's game so he made one up. If you look at demographics of the league by decade there are actually more white players in the league now than there were in the 90s. I don't think there was any malice in his comments. He was just having fun since he knew he couldn't win the debate and threw a hail Mary. At least the gifs were entertaining. :loco:

I’m a youngin and my favorite ball to watch is mid 80s to late 90s where you could practically fight and nobody gets ejected or t’d up. So awesome watching the hate flow between the Bad boys and the bulls as well as the Celtics and lakers. If you drive the lane trying to dunk, better get ready to be fouled hard.

We played that way in high school and of course were hated

I haven't been on in a couple days, but it looks like I missed some of the most riveting conversations...

My two cents:
1. Lebron doesn't have the clutch gene that MJ had. Yes, he has hit some game winners in his career, but I can't remember Lebron being the deciding factor in games where it mattered most, like MJ did.

2. As far as some of the position changes are concerned, I think Pruitt could just be using them as teaching opportunities. For example, by moving Emerson & Butler to OL, he's making them think like O-linemen. If you know how O-linemen think and react, it makes it that much easier to beat them when you're on the DL. Same with Fant moving to MLB. If Fant can learn how a MLB reads a RB coming out of the backfield, he'll know how to beat them.

Lebron led the nba finals In virtually ever statistical category for both teams one year...not sure how much more you can be a deciding factor.

SEC analyst wants Vols to be "minivan of college football"

It's only a few weeks into Jeremy Pruitt's first spring practice as head coach of the Tennessee Volunteers, but already there is a noticeable difference in personality change at the head coaching position. Pruitt can be very blunt and seems to unapologetically be himself at all times.

Nationally, there doesn't seem to be a lot of buzz surrounding Pruitt or this Tennessee football team. That may not be a bad thing. On his Sirius XM show "SEC This Morning", SEC Network analyst Peter Burns wants the Tennessee program to keep a low profile while they rebuild.

"The fact that Tennessee football is going to be boring is such a good thing. I want the Tennessee Volunteers to be the minivan of college football. I want them to be the one-piece bathing suit of college football for the next two years. I want this team to be so far under the radar for the next 24 months. I don't need to hear a word from Jeremy Pruitt. I don't want to hear anything from the players. I want zero headlines. I want this the be the non-sexiest SEC team in decades. They need to build a foundation. How you build a program is not by chasing headlines. You build that foundation by grabbing three and four-star guys that fit your program better than a five-star guy will fit the headlines. I think that's what Jeremy Pruitt will bring to Tennessee. I think he'll bring no slogans — no trash cans on the sidelines. No gimmicks. I think that he is just going to win football [games]."

Interesting comments from Daniel Hood on the differences between the new staff and the previous one:

“This staff is all about the coaching portion of it. I think with Butch, a lot of the things they were doing were coaching basic effort and then trying to fix technique and with this staff you have a standard of effort that you have to provide and they are working on coaching technique all the time.

“They expect that from the players and they are not going to allow them to not give effort, but they are also going to coach them up. You also see appreciation with that in how the guys are buying in. The three biggest things that I have noticed the most about the coaching staff, that they are hardcore on the technique side of it, having standards in what they want to do and at the end of the day they appreciate how hard the guys are working and they are there to help them get better.”

What negatives are there about Lebron's game? Guards all 5 positions, arguably the best passer in the game, and he averages 28 a contest.

Lebron doesn't show up in big games though evidently lol. Guess he didn't tune to game 7 of the Warriors series and game 7 of the Spurs series.
