Haha. That's why I never diet. Haha. My family did this no sugar diet in December for 3 weeks though and I lost 10 pounds just because there was no sugar in the house. Haha. I had to go out for good food and was too lazy so I just ate what they did. It sucked. Even I probably need to lose a lot more than 10.
