No way we have six wins on that schedule and with the hit we're gonna take on the APR from the transfers you can forget being one of those 5-win teams that gets a bowl invitation. In the meantime, we're getting our lunch eaten on the recruiting front. I thought these guys were supposed to have relationships with all sorts of big time prospects that were going to pay dividends for us. I guess the relationships don't mean so much when you don't have the big A on your chest. Why the hell couldn't we have done what TA&M did and just pony up for a proven winner?

I am not going to make any SWAG predictions about this season or the next 3. I will say that I am glad that I don't go through life as miserably as this post seems to suggest that you do.

I'm still for whoever is best. If it's a walk on so be it. People need to stop looking at starts and start looking at results. JG wasn't the best last year. So be it. No reason he can't improve this year. Is he the best in the team? No idea and it won't be clear during spring practice either. Those who think he'll "take the reigns" or "be a complete bust" are idjits of grandeur. Every position battle will go into the first game week. So just enjoy the ride and view the progress that is about to be made by this football team.

I'm probably one of the most easy going people you could ever hope to meet and have very little to complain about. I just want us to for once to ante up and make a big hire. I'm 99% certain how CJP's tenure here will end. It's not rocket surgery.

I can get behind this, for sure. I think most of us want whoever will lead us to the most wins. I am not personally invested in any single player. I just want to win.
