I've been doing the InVOLuntary diet. It's a book put out by a very intelligent guy. It's very high carbs and very low protein. In addition, it stresses zero cardio or weight lifting. It consists of serveral Swiss cake rolls each day. I'm trying to get in touch with the university and get Kyle Alexander on it.
Lol I was on a diet similar to that (add lots of protein) for way too long, thus why I’m on the no carbs now .

I’ve found the best way to lose weight is to make sure you expend more than you take in. I lift hard so I look hard. I also don’t eat garbage.

What about Orange Beach? Packing now

There's a place called Cobalt right at Perdido Pass. It's pretty good food and it's right on the water.

If you've never done Lambert's, you need to go at least once. Food's not life-changing, but it's not too bad either.

We discovered a place one year called Calypso Joe's (it was in Orange Beach, down at the end of a canal-type street, near some marinas), and they had this fried chicken (they called it yard bird). Man, it had some kind of sauce on it that made me reconsider all of my choices in life up to that point. I looked forward to going back for the whole year. When we got there, though, we found out it had burned down the previous summer...just a few weeks after we were there. Still haven't gotten over it. :cray:

Gracius

No problem. Once you've completed your trip, if you can figure out a way to have no remorse over vacationing in Alabama, please let me know. I legitimately have an internal struggle trying to reconcile my hatred of all things Crimson Tide with the fact that I drop a pretty penny vacationing in their state.

I like it. Those 5s need to be strong but don't let him over do it. We need his Rim protecting leaping ability next season

Dude it's my 1st time there and I swear I almost booked a couple miles down in Perdido key because I hate Alabama so much lol.

Yeah, we've been going down there for 8-9 years. We've stayed in Florida 3 of those years (all the way over in Navarre Beach one time), but been in Alabama the others. Honestly, I didn't feel that much better about being in Florida. Why can't there be an ocean bordering Tennessee?!?!

Has she legitimately gotten away with this her whole career?

I don't know why you guys are so down on recruiting. Pruitt and his staff are known for being ace recruiters. We're going after the big fish.

Any video of what CJP is saying on his mic as he emcees his way through the position groups? Also, does anyone know when he'll release the new catchphrases, soundbites and hashtags for Team JP-01? (Butch wants to know.)

I’m on Keto as well right now. I’m doing well with the intake of limited carbs but the one thing that drives me nuts is with a normal Keto diet the suggested protein level is way too low. 60g of protein is what’s suggested for my weight. I also find it hard to eat the suggested fat amount but avocados and “fat bombs” have been saving me there.

Half an avacado put an egg, with yolk, in it, salt and pepper, broil on 500 until the egg is starting to turn white, take out and put shredded parmesan cheese and place back in the oven until the cheese starts to brown. I ate that every morning for breakfast. It is great.

Also, if you are a coffee drinker add butter and MCT oil or coconut oil. It's delicious.

Because its march already and this place is full of nancies.

It’s MARCH and we only have one commit!! The world is coming to an end! CJP can’t recruit!

Guess they would rather go back to filling up early on marginal players? Nope, freaked out about that too lol

We need the Aaron Rodgers relax gif to be posted about 100 times a day.
