So......do you agree with the interpretation of the Second Amendment that makes it illegal for him to buy a military assault weapon?

That is not an interpretation of 2a. That is the manifestion of NFA 1934 requiring a tax stamp.

They are completely different and you know it

So do you agree with that restriction?

No I don't.

Once you are old enough to be considered an adult you should have all the rights, privileges and responsibilities of an adult.

Either raise the age of adulthood to 21 or lower all limits to 18.

It's not illegal to buy a military assault weapon, it just takes jumping through some hoops.

Do you agree with the required hoop jumping? It's obvious where I am going with this and I think you have played along before.

You must either disagree with all restrictions, bans, limitations, back ground checks, hoop jumping, etc.. Or agree that there are rational and reasonable limitations that can co-exists with the second amendment.

And it will be decided by the court of public opinion.

And we all know how science driven that is. I guess we should go back to burning witches too?

If the liberals really wanted to make a dent in unnecessary deaths, they would ban tobacco and execute any growers, distributors, and users after a 1 year cessation period. The numbers of those executed would dwindle rapidly to probably less than 100 a year while saving hundreds of thousands of lives and saving billions in health care costs.

Running for president? It seems the founders put some stock in the wisdom that "supposedly" comes with age.

If republicans really wanted to make a dent in unnecessary deaths they would/could do the same.

Everyone acknowledges the trade offs between liberty, safety, security, and freedom. It is a line that will be debated until the end of time.

What's that?

What happened to yours?

You’re purportedly a 57 year old xe, are gender-confused persons suitable to hold the highest office in the land?

I don’t want someone running a country, when they can’t decide whether to stand or squat while pissing.

I misspoke. He can buy it, but it is difficult. Regardless, your logic is AFU regarding the weapon versus the individual.

Incorrect. This “logic” only applies to law abiding citizens and you know our stance. Criminals could care less.

You’re entire logic is fatally flawed as far as us gun nutz are concerned.

I believe we have already gone beyond reasonable and rational limitations.

If you are a law abiding adult then you should have zero restrictions on what type of FIREARM you own.....period.
