The nunes memo focused on him and his FISA warrant inferring it was illegal. He don't seem to be under any real investigation and little is known about him or any illegal allegations. If I was under unlawfully surveillance, I would have a lawsuit against the US. The only lawsuit he has out there is against media outlets that wrote stories that he was under investigation. I feel he is a willing asset. There is just a mystery surrounding him and his involvement.

He could have been what the Russians consider an asset and a spy for us. I'm no spy but I can imagine the sensitivity and nature of either would require around the clock surveillance and that is basically what a FISA warrant is, "active surveillance".

If he was a Russian asset and the Obama administration didn’t notify the Trump campaign and used that as a reason to surveil them, Obama needs to be in prison.

He was one of the first to mention the "shoes to drop". Keep in mind that Steele went directly to the FBI with what he had in June 2016. He didn't go through McCain. So in December 2016 McCain gave the full dossier from Fusion GPS to the FBI.
