What. F-ing. Loophole?

Do me a favor, draw a flowchart with the laws I stated above in the middle. On one side put an out of state gun. On the other side put a gangbanger. See if you can find a LEGAL way to get from gun to banger.

There is no legal way. But there is a legal way for someone to acquire multiple guns. This someone then illegally transports them to Chicago for resale.

THE POINT IS A PERSON SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LEGALLY PURCHASE MULTIPLE FIREARMS AT A GUN SHOW - OR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.

I'm seeing if all caps increases comprehension.

Really? That’s the point. Good luck.

I don’t understand. Whether you buy one gun or 8 guns you cant sell them in IL without the other person having an FOID or an FFL being involved. So what would limiting purchase amounts do? Limit the number of felonies these people are committing?

Well. You are going to be upset. I’m going to purchase not one but three new weapons next week.

What are the students' rights you speak of?

Do unalienable rights apply to all American's, including those labeled "students"?

Does one "right" end when it infringes on that of another?

Of this particular tangent, yes.

Rational and reasonable people see no need for anyone being able to purchase multiple guns at a gun show.

The negatives so greatly outweigh any conceivable positive, that it becomes dubious as to why it's allowed.

That's a valid question. And one for both sides of the equation.

I love how you lump everyone into the "rational and reasonable" category even though you, as always, have no proof to back up your claim.

Me either. We have to go to the source. How is it they are legally purchased in another state and then miraculously find their way to the streets of Chicago?

On the last gun trace in Chicago (2013-2016) of the top 10 sources 7 are from IL. In fact the clear majority of traced crime guns were from in state.

I get that and respect that.

But what we have now is not working.

So, just try something and see if it works? And, if that doesn’t work, move on to the next thing? And then, when that doesn’t work... on and on and on?

Something is better than nothing, right? Regardless of stupidity or path taken, just “trying” is enough. Lunacy knows no bounds with liberals.

Is that an avoidance tactic?

Absolutely not. It's a valid question.

I've tried to be patient with you in the past, explain things and even put up a pretty reasonable summation of the 2A in the other thread this morning you could have discussed rationally. I thought you were trolling some of the time, but now, I'm not so sure.

So, it's a simple question. Do you have a learning impediment and cannot comprehend things as they are laid out for you? Or are you just being daffy and can't grasp what others are posting because you don't want to?

I bet it's "willfully ignorant", there's a history with him there.

Guys good news I found a loophole for free groceries.

What you do is go to your nearest grocery store. Get a cart and fill it up with the stuff you want. Then when it comes time to pay, you just leave. Free groceries! Loophole!
