The question was do you agree with that requirement and do you think it should be expanded to cover the type of weapon used in FL.
Handguns are more commonly used in the commission of crimes. I think the feeling is that the overall threat to society is greater from the constant use of handguns in crimes than in the bi-monthly massacre of innocent people. (at least among the 18-21 year old range)
You might find this surprising, but I have absolutely zero use for a bump stock. And if they banned them tonight, I wouldn't shed a single tear or say a single word.
How is my answer unclear? An AR-15 is a rifle. 18 years old for a rifle. I'm perfectly content with that law as it is.
How many 18 year olds buy those anyway?
Are you kidding? If an illegal gun is being sold on the black market for $500 and it suddenly becomes $5000 the pool of potential buyers decreases. Maybe unemployed high school dropouts would no longer be part of the target market.
You've already admitted that you have no knowledge of firearms or laws associated with them. Why continue the argument?
