To Protect and to Serve II

Never thought about that. If we have fewer crimes, we have a need for fewer cops...

Wait until automated vehicles are more commonplace. What are municipalities going to do when traffic court is empty? No one speeding or running stop signs is going to mean big budget issues down the line especially for small towns. Legalize weed and there goes a lot of seizure funds and court fees.

Ever notice the interdiction teams on the interstate are always pointed at the southbound lanes? They don’t want to stop the drugs, they want to stop the money. The drugs are no good to them, they’re worthless and will just be burned. But the cash can be seized to buy new toys to fight the war they’re not super interested in winning. If they were they’d be halting the drugs. Think about the crime and violence committed to get a brick of coke converted to cash. The cops are more than happy to turn a blind eye to all that to ensure they get a new armored car or night vision goggles.

Wonder how the cops families feel about it all ? Its basically more of a hate crime

88 doesn't care..... he wants everyone to be able to move about wherever they please.... there are no borders in his utopia...... he needs a few uninvited dirty sobs to move into his house with him

"They said, 'We're ramming (the suspect),' " Shoupe told a deputy in body-camera footage obtained by CNN this week. "I said, 'Don't ram him. Shoot him.' "F*** that s***. You're gonna tear my cars up."

The chase began on a late April afternoon when police in Smithville, in DeKalb County some 55 miles southeast of Nashville, tried to pull Dial over on suspicion of driving with a suspended license,

"If they don't think I'll give the damn order to kill that mother*****, they full of s***."

"I love this s***. God, I tell you what, I thrive on it."
