Mel Tucker was in Texas yesterday visiting Leon O'Neal Jr. Something may have changed between ITS and UGA over the weekend. My gut says he ends up at USC.

UGA peeps are reporting that T Campbell may have committed to them this weekend so guessing that may have something to do with it as UGA due to numbers may not have room for both.

Some of our sites are staying to say we may end up with ITS FWIW

We cannot afford to miss out on all these secondary guys. We need at least 1-2 elite guys for the secondary. Griffin, Stuart, Smith, and Hall would be a nice haul.

And if what you are saying is true why did Pruitt not recruit ITS hard while at UA. There is an article out there from last month were ITS stated that and now his interest in UA is because we are showing him interest now that Pruitt is leaving. With Pruitt he was 5th on our board at CB and probably 7th overall as a DB.

I think kid is going to be great in college and not sure why Pruitt did not pursue him for UA.

So ITS has renewed interest because Pruitt left? Explain that logic. Are you saying that Pruitt has final say on defensive recruits over Saban? Pruitt wouldn’t recruit California that is Tosh’s territory.

My only concern with this kid is that he has tweeted multiple times about his desire to play for a national championship, and how it was his destiny or something. Paraphrasing.

With that in mind, I have a hard time believing - since Pruitt is keeping things 100% and preaching how we're not very good now but we're rebuilding - that this kid is going to have an interest in wanting to rebuild.

Hope I'm wrong. And you can take solace that I have 40 years experience at being wrong more often than not.

As I pointed out I was only saying what was in the article and also said really did not make sense that Pruitt left UA and all of sudden he liked UA if he was excited about getting an offer from Pruitt and UT.

Don't think Pruitt plans for his rebuild to take 4+ years. We can be rebuilding now and competing for championships with these same recruits in a year or 2.

There’s a whole lot of love comin from Vol fans on his Twitter, and a lot of salty gator fans (they offered him today). IF we don’t get him, it definitely isn’t for lack of love from our fans.

Nope. He's not looking at the same factors most west coast kids take into consideration. It's all about the 4 yr. plan.

He did love the hotel USC uses to put up the recruits and their family....the Ritz-Carlton. Lol.
