Well we pulled Banks, which wasn't even on Jones's radar! On top of that, we got Carvin to commit and in the back of my mind, I thought that was a no-go, but Pruitt made it happen. Remember, Jones got us in this mess and I believe Pruitt is doing a fine job of beginning the process to get us out of it!

So it would appear you need to average Top 1-5 year in year out...without question better than Top 10 every year...takes time to get there.
