Correct me if I’m wrong but Pruitt coached a wreck at Georgia because he didn’t have talent but coaches great when he’s loaded.

So can he really coach them up or is he just a product of Saban recruiting?

Tee with anyone not named Gruden or Miles makes no sense. But it’s TN so it’ll probably happen.

I just don't see Tee coming for a lateral move and his wife loves Cali.

Makes no sense to me either. If they are terrible. Then all coaches will be fired. Tee would be at the mercy of how well Pruitt does. I just hope the person I am talking to has been fed bad info.

Fair question. I think with the right staff he will be successful. Which is why Tee is important, his recruiting alone would be what sets them up for success.

I for one am not a fan of Pruitt. He seems a jack-wagon of the Muschamp vein...man can recruit...but so could Sgt Carter Lyle

For the record, I want Tee here too. But if they won’t offer him the HC job, and he’s not OC for a BIG name (a la Gruden or Miles or unnamed NFL/College HC), his career trajectory is likely better elsewhere.

But you’re right. Maybe he just wants to be here. Who knows?
