Honestly, if I were Kevin Steele I wouldn't take this job if Tee were coming in as the OC. 95% of the fanbase would prefer the coordinator have my job the first day I step on campus? Pass.

Also, if that's the route you want to go, Fulmer can mentor Tee better than Steele. Just hire him as HC and put a great staff around him.

I said 90% of this search is due to circumstance. You disagreed and then named a bunch of candidates that were either still on the table or had been eliminated a week ago.
