I really think that if Steele wasn't TN blood he wouldn't get a sniff. He is just a so so coordinator and an above average recruiter. He has a horrible head coaching record and been fired/let go multiple times for crappy results. What in the above would make anyone consider him to be the head coach of a top ten program?
