i think it's plausible that gruden is finishing out mnf and fulmer is assembling the staff and recruiting in the meantime. we could announce gruden at any time, effective 26th. just kinda my thoughts/hopes.

Les Miles will be introduced as the Head Coach of the Volunteers on Wednesday, Time not sure...
Tee Martin is on board. Will be announced later, maybe Friday.
The staff is not complete but Fulmer & Miles have had a VERY BUSY weekend.
Chavis is also on board.
Some current staff is being evaluated to retain, including Shoop. (I literally don't know how'd that work out)
Steele is also "not out of the scenario". Again, how can we get Chavis, Shoop, & Steele on the same staff? I have the same question, yet unanswered. I do know this. If anyone can do it, it's Fulmer.
When I walked on to try out in 2000 & 2001 at UT and shook hands with Coach Fulmer. From that day, I believe that man could get God to forgive Lucifer so I am not putting anything past him.
Cade Mays has a top 4, at least for now. Fulmer has talked to Cade and his father multiple times this weekend and assured him that he will right his ship.

If no UT people were with him it just means he was hungry and wanted steak.

So MIT_Beaver comes on here and says Gruden is def happening blah blah blah, now you guys are accepting that Les Miles will be the coach?

This would seem to be a disaster waiting to happen as neither of them are a proven offensive play caller or have the ability to coach QB's.

I pray that it's Gruden and he hires Tee as the OC because Gruden will call the plays and coach the QB's.

What I don't understand is not so much the infatuation with Miles, but with Chavis. Has everyone forgotten "3rd and Chavis"? I would much rather throw it all at Steele to come in as DC over Chavis.
