Well, one thing is absolutely for certain out of all this.

Years from now, even decades from now, folks will be talking about the year that the $$ $$ $$ rained down on college football, thanks to the Tennessee Volunteers.

More coaches got more and bigger pay raises thanks to us interviewing them, more sports writers and announcers got more column inches and blog time and air time and clicks, than ever before in the history of the college game.

There are significantly more $$ $$ $$ $$ sloshing around in the college football world today than there have ever been before, all thanks to the Orange and White.

And that's before we even get around to hiring our own coach. :)

Is this presser gonna be televised? I’m trying my best not to set myself up for disappointment, but if Phil is getting named AD then I feel like UT will get a coach most of us will be happy with. I’ll also feel like Haslam’s control is at an end, which is what all of us wanted. May be really good days ahead. :rock:

Of course, they were probably drunk 364 out of the 365 days, so that could be it.
