Can you give us some insights into his concepts?

For sure. I've been to clinics with Hal Mumme, his son Matt Mumme, and Lincoln Riley when he was at ECU. And I've ran the air raid offense myself. I'm going to start a podcast soon.

After we hire a new coach I'll do a film breakdown and post the link in the football forum

I can see it now:

Media: "Welcome to Knoxville coach. How did your meeting go with Jimmy Haslam?"

Leach: "Jimmy? Jimmy who? Oh, you mean that gas guy. Not impressed. Asked him to fill it up with Premium and he gave me Regular. Freaking idiot. He did offer me some kind of weird rebate however. I told him no thanks."

A Mike Leach offense can put up video game numbers if it's firing on all cylinders. Read somewhere that the running backs sometimes average between 4-6 YPC as well when things are going well.

The last time he was in the SEC, he helped tutor Kentucky QB Tim Couch to be the #1 NFL draft pick. I've no doubt he would be able to really do good things with our QB's.

Byrd, Johnson, Callaway, Palmer, Murphy, Jennings and our rb's are good receivers. . . JG and McBride should be pumped about this hire. Get Mays back in and we could be cooking. Martinez would be a nut to flip to tOSU with this type of offense coming to town.
