Leach's players absolutely love him. Everyone I know who's played for him thinks the world of him. He's such an odd dude with his strange stories, but they love the guy.

The AD needs to be fired. Bottom line.

But if we really land Mike Leach I will be pretty pumped. Because he represents hope. That's what we needed.

Will he have disadvantages? Yes. But he's been doing this awhile and this would be his best job by far. We have no clue what his ceiling is.

This could be an absolute homerun. At worst, we'll be pretty good but playing in shootouts every week. Oh well.

He is much better than Schiano or NC State dude that I refused to read anything about.
