I think I know how to get Currie to resign. Have Joe and Bev email him and tell him that the new role for the AD is to ensure the student section at Home Sport games are well taken care of by talking and documenting his talks with 15% of the students. Basically adding the role of AD student relations. I bet he would quit.

Let me go ahead and put this falsehood to rest.

Kiffin is wanted by almost 90% of the fan base. He has said he would listen to an offer. Does he have an offer? Nope. Same would go for Gruden if he says he would be interested.

I'm in the 10% then. Kiffen is a jerk with bad morals and recruits thugs and degenerates (see Nukeese and Da'rick). My first criteria for a coach is "Would I want my son playing for this guy". I would forbid my son to play for Kiffen, even if he were UT's coach. I hope we don't go there. And, I do not believe 90% of our fans would approve of the guy who bolted on us after one season.

I'm in the "10%," too.

But it's not really 10%, because (as I've learned in recent weeks) a good 20-30% of VolNation live in the OJG threads and rarely venture out, so never even saw the "vote on Kiffin" thread at all.

Sweet just fire him for job abandonment then. Call the Presser now, Bev. "Currie has not responded, per his job responsibilities in his contract, to calls for 4 hours. He has abandoned his role, is fired for cause, and David Blackburn is our new AD. Good evening... never say never."

No they aren't. Beaver has become very vocal and often. When things look bad he gets louder. Could be the calm before another battle and nothing more....I'm feeling good about it though.

What would be required to fire Currie? Who/how many would have to approve the firing? Can any one of the Bev or Joe fire Currie? Does it take both Bev & Joe to Fire Currie? Does Gov have to sign off on firing Curry?
