but why, if this is his alma mater, why does he want to see it be this dumpster fire that it is, for the last 10 years it been bad.. If money is no object, then get the best, and he would make more money
My sources (who I trust and have have never let me down) are saying all of the Schiano and Gundy talk is just a smokescreen. They are doing this to drag the coaching search out to allow Gruden to finish this season of MNF. Last night at the bar, Beav, Atlvol and I discussed if we should release this information and we decided it was time to calm everyone down and let them know Gruden is still coming. Currie and company are getting huge raises after this for playing their act so well.

They've been saying it all along man, power. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. When you can walk in and do whatever you want, why give that up because us "peons" aren't happy with the program?

true, but can he not see the writing on the sh!t stained wall that all the power that he has and it's still the same results... we sux...
Agree.
It is clear now that Currie is not getting fired. He makes this hire, and we are stuck in the bottom of the SEC. If any so called insiders, or so called boosters could do anything it would be done by now. If Gruden was in play as stated here, they would have Currie overthrown and Gruden hired by now. It is clear who has power at UT and clear that nothing is ever gonna change. It is time to empty Neyland for real. Stop buying merchandise and anything related to UT. Cut the cash flow in a big way that is the ONLY way this changes, and it don't happen overnight as the fans had hoped.
Of course he can, but it's the same thing with all the other people in history who have taken complete control of their country, business, etc. They become so powerful and dictatorial that they're blinded from the truth. They refuse to accept anyone else's opinions over their own. Why? Because they think what they're doing is bigger, better, and stronger. Until someone comes in and forcefully removes the Haslams, either financially or by other means (no not violence), then we will never see the Tennessee of old.

If he loves UT so much, its time to put up or shut up. End the trolling and come out with the truth.
