Agreed. I mean, there's a chance T. Boone just says screw it, I'll match it to the penny. Or that he'll make him the highest paid coach in the country. He has to check and see.

Yep - it really is this simple.

I'm hoping you are right that he'll be here tomorrow after a night at home and with the team. He's accomplished all he can there. He can get more done here. It's just whether he wants the challenge or not.

Jake trotter, b12 reporter on Finebaum now, saying there's tension bt Gundy and AD, thought they worked things out this summer, but didn't seem to.
Said T Boone, wasn't much of a factor in wht Gundy does anymore, said he's 89. Sounds like another old ass senial billionaire.

I hope he feels disrespected on a national level as well. I think he should. He's so underrated. Never really comes up when people talk about top coaches, but he is one. 95-34 in the past decade at a little brother school that was nothing before he arrived and that has to compete with Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, and others for recruits.

If Gundy falls through, get on the plane, fly out to S. Cal, give Tee 4 million and 3 for staff, put him on the plane and bring him home.

I know everyone has BVS and doesn’t want to get their hopes up, but I have a strange feeling Gundy will be a Vol. Cautiously optimistic.
