For those upset at the possibility of Mike Gundy, you better be happy he is willing to talk with us after the **** feast that happened Sunday

Also, we could do far worse off than Gundy, see 2010, 2013, and this past Sunday for examples

You are not getting Gruden, Peterson, Patterson, or Kiffin(UT will not allow it)

You just better be happy or we will be stuck with another "diamond in the rough"

Just let this play out. He will win here.

We can call for his head at a later date. I will hold him to the same standards I did Jones

No. Absolutely not. Logic and reason are against the board rules. I just checked it myself.

Yes I think Gundy would be a home run. I'll have to see it to believe it though.

It's too bad, I think at least a few of those names you mentioned wanted to come here. But like you said the higher ups won't allow it. Smh...

Edit: I do think Gundy will do ok here, my comment is nothing against him.

Gundy would be a Slam Dunk Hire considering the circumstances with Currie and the Administration.

I’d be very pleased with this hire.

I agree. Besides, we used our social media movement card already. Well worth it to avoid Schiano, but I imagine it won't work a second time.

Happy he is talking but will he be accepting? That is the question I'm waiting to be answered.

100% of the fan base will never be happy, Gundy would be a great hire at a time when we could use a great coach.

Agree, we could do a lot worse than Gundy. I don't know if he could win a NC here but I am sure he could win a lot.

Late to the forums today. Hard to believe anyone would be mad about Gundy.

He'd be a great hire as long as he get's a quality SEC defensive coordinator in here with him. We don't want a Bob Shoop 2.0

I'd be inclined to let it be known that we're willing to pay out upwards of $10 million, looking for top notch tallent and see if someone like Jimbo or Peterson would initiate a conversation with us. I think Gundy is a good coach but 8.4 million is definitely in his favor.

Why would our admin not allow Peterson or Patterson? They are great coaches and by all accounts great guys. Do you just mean that we are Tennessee and our admin is, well, our admin?
