Those kids busting their butt have a free education and get to play ball. 1-4 years from now and they will be gone but we are still stuck with clowns running the show. It has to end and empty stadiums and arenas are the only way to make it happen. Hate it for the players but they are expendable to the AD. If they cared, they’d bring in someone competent to coach them up.

Not trying to be a d*** and not saying that the word has a lot of deeper meaning as I do remember your posts concerning this subject, but, he is a straight normal hoss who is in the heat of the moment and has been for many weeks. He is not a small fish.

You obviously don't follow some of the old basketball players on Twitter - they care a lot about the football program as well.

Completely understand. Maybe he will throw some money to get a good ol boy hoss like Gundy.

I agree, but in any struggle worth fighting for there is some collateral damage. Plus, if it takes a full TBA to beat Mercer, they have bigger problems than we know. They should be able to beat them in an empty parking lot court. Fans will support bball. This is a Fall non-conference game. We are in far more pressing times to worry about that. Time is of the essence. We need to make our voices heard NOW. I honestly hope it is a packed house, and the people in attendance go full on “soccer fan” with chants. Don’t let up all night long.

All we the little guys can do is just not go to the games, not buy the product, and make our voices heard where we can.

Don't pay for a bad product.

I know they do. As do many of the old football players. But we as fans don’t have the clout to be in meetings like AtlantaVol and others. We can only speak with our attendance. I hate to use war references because this doesn’t even compare, but like in a war, there are casualties. It sucks but I promise you, those older football and basketball VFLs understand this and would agree.

Doesn't sound like he is much in the mood for doing anything for UT right now, can't blame him.

Gundy would not be a bad hire, but, I don't want Currie making this offer and don't want anything done except seeing him leave town before we get a coach.

You very well may have been a part of this effort but, if not, the smart move for you would be to (publically) remove Currie from the Coaching search and distance yourself from Haslam. The fans are sick and tired of the BS that has been going on at our State University and we want changes. Neyland Stadium will be half empty next year and football related income will take a huge nosedive…not to mention all donations to UT. What has been/is going on at UT is sickening!

Sir you have been a troll or been trolled for several weeks, I don't believe you know how business works. If TB has 15000 tomorrow night admin says things are calming down we are still n good shape. If it is empty change will be on the way. This will s about more than one basketball game, it's about a complete culture change. If you are so against this I assume you are against boosters withholding millions and millions of dollars. This is the only way a casual fan can make a difference.
