He just got a new contract in June so I doubt that OSU is going to be giving him another new one. I also read that his new contract at OSU has an automatic renewal "rollover". Appears to have a $3 million buyout if he quits them.

The press release was for that purpose legally. See above. IMO there may be a quiet settlement that makes it all go away.

I think all he's got TN on is breech of contract and it will come down to whether the contract was a legal, binding document, without those additional signatures. You would definitely know better than I though.

Casting a wide net right now is stupid. You should have done that weeks ago. You need to have 2 maybe three that is your sole focus right now and you need to decide which of those is your prime candidate and you go get them. The time to gauge interest is long past.
