Keep in mind that it's possible Currie never pursued him and he was actually waiting on it to happen. It's possible that some boosters and VFLs were working with him behind scenes, but the AD and Haslam had their man and botched it. That may be why he wasn't denying anything.

I believe you. Your posts have seemed pretty straight forward. I feel like if he was being fired over this debacle, we would know it by now.

I think only Haslam is keeping him employed right now. If the powers that be can find a way to circumvent Haslam, Currie is gone, Davenport is gone, and Haslam is no longer in charge of anything at UT. Honestly, he can keep his money.

Like I’ve said many, many times now, Currie’s not going anywhere anytime soon. He will be responsible for hiring the next HC. I’m not saying I agree with it, I’m just stating the obvious. It’s a lot harder to fire people than I feel most believe.

And he, as well as UTAD, will feel the wrath.

If enough people voice their opinion s**t gets done, we got the Schiano deal killed, we can get Currie fired and he should be for even considering that hire. I can live with an incompetent coach but i can't live with an incompetent coach who also may have covered up child abuse.

This has a better chance to get it done, than any amount of money ever could.
