LA VOL would be the one to answer. I thought he said earlier that we had a search firm vet candidates early on. If they didn't flag Schiano, they should be fired as well.

Guys at this point someone is going to have to save face. No one will come here now. So the gruden report this morning will either formulate OR someone else who loves this university will bail it out.

Fulmer interim for a year? Not saying all this happens but I have no idea how you hire someone decent.

This move is the same type of crap that set us back year and years ago.

Touching back on the Herbstreit BS, if he’s such a good guy and coach, tell Urb to go kick rocks. If you’re comfortable letting someone go from your system, you didn’t want them. Don’t piss on me and tell me it’s raining Herb.

I am beyond curious what Currie was willing to pay Schiano. I mean we were the only people trying to hire him. Im gonna guess 4.5. What Ucla got Kelly for basically

I'm at the point where I'd be content to name Cut as coach just to stabilize this mess for 3, 4, or 5 years and than try again then. I'm not blaming the fan base at all but I don't see how any coach would want to come here now.

I don't believe that at all. he thought he was gonna have Mullen till the Florida job came open. Schiano was a back up plan, which is stupid in itself. Plus he was out there to sign the contract today. No way this was done 2 weeks ago.

Make all of these publicly say no before you trot out a man who most likely allowed child molestation to continue and is a horrible coach hated by his players, to add on top of that. And when they publicly say no, keep coming at them with more money until they have to file an order of protection.

Tennessee fans want a better coach than Greg Schiano. More than that, they deserve it. So to hell with this clueless athletics department and university leadership. Clean house and get people into position who will make our program relevant and respected once again.
