...so Shiano has that over him. And Jones never coached at a big program like OSU, as Shiano has done. So he's got more chops than Jones--period. And the Pa. State issue is completely irrelevant and stupid--it had nothing to do with him.

The Sandusky testimony by McQueary would be used against us with the mother of every kid we would try to recruit. Whether or not he was actually involved is irrelevant - it would hurt us in recruiting.

I looked all over ohio state boards and found nothing. Heck if it is a "done deal" here I would expect they would at least think it's going on.....all they are saying is he is a candidate.

Jesus. None of you people know what you are talking about. Nobody here has any more "insider" information than anyone else. If you want to read tea leaves, follow the recruits. They will know well before anyone else, including former players, because they are more important in this process, and we all know that 18 year olds can't keep their mouths shut.

Also, stop saying that Currie has "signed his pink slip" or "should be gone" because this hasn't worked out with your pick or on your terms. Your opinion doesn't matter at all. If you want an opinion, donate more money than you will ever see in your pathetic life, and if you are lucky to get a seat at the kids table, then they may take what you think semi-seriously. Until then, you don't know, or deserve to know, more than anyone else.

If it is Schiano, then Currie is going to be gone very quickly. I have a semblance of faith and I think there is a trendline towards Petersen.
