Depends on the number of bad guys. Hopefully when one or two fall the others will turn tail and run, but if their hoped up on drugs or just dumber than the normal bad guy then more rounds may be needed.

1) Will they claim they knew all along that Jon Gruden was the choice?
2) Will they try and dream up all the reasons CJG will fail as coach?

None of that will matter. This is an in-house argument. Of course, if it isn't Gruden, then it will still matter.

I am all for being responsible, and I don't want this can of worms to be opened. However.....(almost as bad as but) statistics side with self defense, and a DA should not have a case of someone lawfully shooting someone in self defense. That shouldn't even make it to the grand jury stage.

ALL shootings go thru the DA. DA decides if case goes to GJ.

You do if there are more than 8 Antifa around, plus I’ve been trained to place 2 to the chest and 1 to the head, so an 8 round weapon only enables me to kill 2 bad guys properly, and a third only 66% dead

My best friend from childhood is a DA in TN. He said in his over 30 yrs. as a DA, he has not had one case of someone shooting another person in self defense. He has however, had numerous cases of people being shot accidentally, the latest a 12 yr. old boy who killed himself the week before last. I'm not anti-handguns, but just think too many people are irresponsible in handling them. Please be careful.

Not the time or place for that argument, even if you are pro-gun.
