J Jennings Dismissed from UT

I agree. This team has lacked coaching, leadership, and discipline, Hope the next coach fix’s the problem.
But after s##t like that from a player, he should of been kicked off.
Maybe he can come back for the next coach, but should be on a 0 tolerance basis

Florida, UGA, Bama, Clemson all agree......

Currie needs to release a statement about this. This should not be on the temp coaching staff. Currie needs to say this is unacceptable behavior by any athelete and is not tolerated at our university and we hold ourselves to a higher standard etc

Well, we know he was charged for aggravated assault. Then this year the drug charge. He attended that one game in the stands. Then there is this.

Those are just the things we know of.

Aggravated assault = he got in a fight with a guy from high school when he went home on break... ppl didn't press charges for that when I was in school thankfully.

We have been through years of individuals thinking they are bigger than the university. Some players, some coaches. My hope is that this is the beginning of a change in that trend. But I have absolutely no idea what the details are in this situation, and I can’t understand so many people acting like they do, or pretending like the details don’t matter.

From what I could tell from JJ's video, he wanted to play against Vandy because he has a strong dislike for them. He goes to practice and is told he won't be playing against Vandy. As he is leaving practice he is nit in the best of moods that he's not going to play against Vandy. He explains how he feels about that decision and what he thinks of the current staff. He asks UT to bring in a good coach.

For that he gets dismissed.
