Post in ff says Currie will be in Bahamas with b-ball team Monday. Anyone know if true?

During the pregame, he was interviewed and asked that question. He said his family would be there but he had other work to do. He did say he hoped to get down there for one of the days the b-ball team is there.

Just made it back to the hotel from the game.

Two thoughts:

The boys showed fight but turnovers and field position killed us.

Larry Scott as OC took would should have been a 9-3 team and made us 4-8/5-7.

Venables definitely would be

much better if we are going coordinator route as hc. Maybe thinking of hiring him as coordinator for higher pay? (although I think SHoops would be fine if he had players who were healthy and people didn't drop the ball on the 5 yard line etc. etc. etc)

That is what I wanted to know. I probably wasn't listening since it was happening during the Gruden is at the restaurant with Peyton excitement.

Just got back from grabbing a quick bite to the hotel after the game.

The weather tonight was crazy. Our seats are in YY, I thought for sure a tornado had popped up and started.

Oregon game weather was nothing compared to how this was.

Well anyway, I was sitting having a discussion with my seat neighbors that we see each game, started discussing next years schedule with this D and O lines.

First time in 46 years I didn’t walk out after a loss with any emotion.

My teenage kids could give two ****s. I really am afraid UT is about to lose a generation of fans.

Flyovers was cool.
Phil, Peyton and the gang was cool.
Monsoon and wind was nuts.
Guys played tough in first half.
Freakin muffed punts
O-line is bad
Most sober guy out of a group of about five fell and busted his azz going down the stairs.

The potential damage of this is something I think the UTAD is underestimating. And they do it at the peril of the whole university.

Without an elite football program to act as the front porch of the university, UT is nothing more than a meh state land grant college.

Wonder if if the UT Board of Trustees get that.
