Hi Kathy, from a 63-year-old "girl."

You'd be a fool if you tried to view this is a gender-neutral forum. It's a boys' playground for sure.

But it's a lot better than others.

Don't make an ass of yourself, show your stuff, stand your ground, display a sense of humor, and you'll find a welcome here.

But if you decide to act like the worst cliche of a modern woman, bringing shame on all the rest of us, you deserve everything you get, and I have no pity for you.

Of course, if all you want is to have your stereotypes reinforced, then keep on keepin' on.

--and don't make me recite my politics at you. I'm pretty sure I'm waaaaay more left-wing than you ever thought about being.

Everyone is behind in the media. We were just getting current updates that everyone thought we were crazy about. Turning out to be true. Read back through the up and downs and it is what is happening in the media.

I think a few things are obvious...

you all remember Currie said the players currently on the team are higher priority than incoming recruits etc..

So like some others have said, he is going to wait until after Vandy game to announce anything imo. They want to let players focus on game.

They are not using a search firm, which would make hiring an active coach very unlikely without getting into tampering.

They did not just up and decide to speed up renovation of Neyland to the tune of over $340 million dollars just because they were so anxious to spend the money!

So why choose not to use search firm and why all of a sudden the renovation date change... Gruden :rock:

Guys...this is almost hilarious..CBS putting out this article that" Tennessee has doubts about Jon gruden as coach" this is laughable..and I did .mouth loud. Guys..we are getting trolled by Currie and Tennessee..I've basically been a lurker on here to follow recruiting..was here for gruden 2012...but this is funny. Think about this..all you hear in the media right now is gruden and Tennessee. No Florida..or any other coaching search. Look at what has been happening lately..Mike and Mike comments..singing Rocky top comments. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT BEAVE SAID WOULD HAPPEN! These articles are hilarious. I believe it's over folks.. especially after this..Currie is building his stage..I'm sold
