sanders cant call a game to save his life, but he is one hell of a position coach. He coached some of our best running backs

The only thing is when he was here because of his inexperience calling plays. I'm not sure we saw his 100% identity. I give Gruden the benefit of the doubt if Sanders is his guy then I'm all in for Randy Sanders.

That was 10 years ago (unless you've watched him closely at FSU (I haven't)) - either way, I bet Gruden calls his own plays.

My I ask why? Sanders is a great QB coach and would be a great edition to the staff imo. Not trying to be an azz just wandering why you feel this way. Again not trying to be confrontational just curious

i'm just more comfortable with personnel that fall somewhere between "up and comer" and "riding it out"
