No offense to Dale Jones but how is hiring an Appy St coach going to make Saban sh himself? If anyone else was hiring an App St coach for a staff position, they would be crucified on here.

Jeremy Pruitt was at Hoover High before Alabama. Gus Malzahn went from a high school OC to Arkansas' OC in a year. They both seem to be doing ok.

hey, my "it should be by now" comments are far outweighed numerically by the "soon" comments.

If you disagree, make a reasonable counter and we can discuss, ignore my comment, or make a childish remark.

I know we are, probably, both frustrated by the wait. We both want gruden to be the next coach. I am losing faith with each day of silence and i am okay with a reality without gruden. It is just an opinion and not a world issue.

I have be only willing to say I was skeptically optimistic about Gruden but........ I am officially dragging out my Grudometer .... NOW AT 75%

I got a message from my source this afternoon who changed his tune.... He has been saying forever "Absolutely NO to Gruden" just told me it was 50/50 Gruden to the HILL
