I think all the media pundits are basing their info off of 2012. The same tired arguments keep coming up. Not that I do, but based on what we’ve learned over the past month regarding ESPN cutbacks, Jon’s desire to coach again, being closer to family I don’t know that anyone has their pulse on the man to rightfully assess his intentions. I can only speak from experience but I’ve gone from scraping by financially to over the past 9 years earning 7 figures building a solid business. I’ve had unlimited time freedom on a daily basis and traveled the world, but you know what? I’m starting another business as we speak. Because just because you make a lot of money with a “cush job” doesn’t mean the fire and passion to work ever leaves. At some point you want a new challenge. I actually think he’s pumped and can’t wait to get here. Could be wrong but that’s my gut feeling.

Just thought of something for all the "Plane" guys. Has anyone been scouting Down Town Island Airport? Lot's of private planes come in and out of there. Just something to think about.

There are two things that I know ...
1. Butch is gone.
2. Currie NEEDS this hire to be a homerun.

If the UT powers-that-be just hired him to raise $$$ to build **** without a premier Football program, then they are bigger idiots than anyone could imagine. I am hoping that they are not idiots.

Let's be honest here. Positive, or negative, Swain doesn't know anything. He has ads to sell and a family to feed. Staying relevant in your broadcasts is important to keep the show profitable, but it's becoming apparent he's just latching on to the same things we are. I like the guy, too.

Swain is as transparent as an open window. Go back and look at his twitter timeline. This morning he was all in on Gruden. At 9:10 am, he replies to a tweet and says he's "50/50 on Gruden...ball is in Gruden's court." At 9:54 am, he says it's "probably time to move on."

What happened between 9:10 am and 9:54 am, a span of 44 minutes? The Football Scoop story was published.

Swain is twisting in the wind like a politician. His desire to be right and his desire for more listeners is his motivation.

Look, I'm not saying Gruden is coming. I've always been skeptical. I'm just saying you can throw out Swain's opinion right now. He's righting the Football Scoop coattails...and Football Scoop is hardly a legitimate source. I've never understood why so many people hang on Swain's every word. He's a tool.

Who claimed the in place by the 26th? Thought he told recruits merely before earl signing period dec 20
