Yep 12 hour swing shift is rough but the breaks are awesome. I get 2 4 day breaks and a 6 day break every month.

My neighbor works a similar shift...little jealous, if I'm honest. The 6 day break every month sounds like heaven. Take the good with the bad, as with everything.

I mean, i don't expect him to be like yea a deal is in place, but i wonder if thats the reason why JAV has that opinion

It’s not as great as it’s made out to be. Lots of ducks, but lots of people hunting em too. Blinds are on top of each other. I’m trying to find a pit lease north of the lake.

pretty much same here, unless you get 0 or something I didn't get drawn this yr but have few places around the house and a really good little flooded timber hole you cant put much heat on we do good to kill 70-90 a year.

I hunted beside the Lake by Black Bayou. Saw a lot of ducks that wouldn’t work. I am glad my crew only had it for 1 year. Just got a pit in SEMO.

I am not sure how some of you married to rival fans do it. My household 6 is a born and bred East Tennessee gal. I call her my little hillbilly. She comes from a large family around Lenoir City that has been in East Tennessee since time immemorial. She is related to most of the larger East Tennessee families. I, however, am a yankee transplant. Moved to Tennessee from Wisconsin in 8th grade.

I feel the same way even though I know it's neither rational nor pragmatic. It's even pretty obvious that that kind of move could blow up in Gruden's face when things aren't going well. But, what the hell, I say go for it! It might just be the kind of synergy the program needs. Would be epic.

Even just a few former players/coaches would be amazing. We need TN men back on that sideline. People who understand our tradition and history.
