0, because he's full of crap (or his source of info is full of crap) as Jon Gruden isn't going to contact a high school student to get him to recommit BEFORE he's the actual coach of said school, when he has plenty of time to get him to recommit.

There is absolutely nothing for him to gain by contacting them. Complete farce, and I can't believe people are actually entertaining that BS.

Was in Magic Kingdom yesterday and ran into 3 UT fans .. They saw my jacket and said Go Vols! I responded “Gruden” Was that you in Starbucks on Main Street?

The only reason UT would contact Tees agent would be to vet him for the HC position. Grudens agent would not call tees agent about an open position on his staff. UT would negotiate assistant coaches salaries after a head coach was named. Gruden would be contacting potential staff personally, not through agents.

The deal was finalized on wednesday, big Jim Haslam told some dudes girlfriend at Winn Dixie that it's a 3 year deal, Dale Jones performed at the CMA's, Tee Martin and Casey Clausen are in the MNF green room trying on matching orange thongs, a white whale was spotted just outside Calhouns in the Tennessee river and Randy Sanders now goes by his native american name stalking horse. Get with the program or GTFO.

thats not a special insight.

since Gruden is currently employed by ESPN, doesn't it
make sense they would have to know if he is leaving to go
to UT ? ....and (not very well most of the time) they do
