Exactly on point 2. Mullen is a safe hire but neither AD can sell him as top target. Norvell, WT or Brohm means others said no thanks.

Like I said, I think we both make out just fine this time around. Plenty of quality guys out there and both AD's willing to throw the $$$ around now.

If Mac is a bozo what is Butch Jones? New ADs makinkg both of these hires. Foley hit a homerun on Urban but missed terribly with Mac and WM. Strklin wanted Mac out and got the leverage and money to make it happen. He'll get a name bigger than Norvell or Petrino.

Nobody's denying Butch is a bozo. We both had buffoons for our coaches. As one other poster has already said, I think that we both make quality hires.

Not taking up for the scheme but players make coaches look better or worse Than they are. Insert nfl caliber offense players last year and the offense produced great. This year we have1 who is a freshman OL and 1RB. That’s what happens.

I really get your point and agree. However, other schemes succeed better than 120's on both sides of the ball with lesser rated or non NFL players. It is obvious the best players are not playing because we see that and the talent not being developed shows the crap show is horrible not just playing less talent than last year.
