Wallace doesn't think UF and UT going after same coaches. He said it's "getting sketchy" down at UF and he thinks Frost passes on the job.

Keep circling back to Austin Price saying he is all in. Swan is all in as well and that has Larry giving it more if a chance.

Another thing I think about is the rumor Gruden would be back in town for homecoming. Don’t know who brought that rumor around but then the day comes and Larry confirms he is in East Tennessee.

It’s happening.

I’ve said for weeks that the way stuff went down at UF they have but a black smudge on their rep with coaches. No one wants to coach at a place where they fire you after a few division titles and don’t want to pay you either.

Wallace said Butch making it this far is very surprising. Says UT had plenty of dirt on him and could have pulled a UF/MacElwain. Says UT is being very nice by not going that way.

I guess 6-7m/yr would be more accurate and still high but if the name says Gruden that offer would probably look something like that.

i think we lose Kelly, Jennings, and Gaulden To the draft. Added to the fact that we will be in our first year of a new system. Is it possible we catch lightening in a bottle and win 10 games? Maybe yea because ive said the last month that UGA is overrated and The rest of the east is very winnable. But we have a tough schedule next year.

I’m not going into next year with overly high expectations because I’ve seen first hand what went on the last two years especially. Lazy in the weight room, very lethargic practices, lack of scrimmages..etc. changing this culture is what needs to be done first and foremost.

I pretty much agree with all of this post except I think there are some young guys on the OL that have lots of potential. A lot of them needed time to develop and haven't been afforded that yet.

AND, now that Butch is gone I'm feeling much more positive. I generally lean towards to optimistic side.

All of the clear thinkers knew that was the case. But the chicken little's guaranteed us that UF was simply proving they are all about winning and that doing what they did would get them first dibs to hire any coach they want. Lmao!

As long as it's Gruden, I don't care about how much they're paying.

I'm just happy that we're actually making an offer like we're a TOP 10 PROGRAM and not a middle-of-the-road SEC school.

It's about damn time.
