If they fire him its insane (40m). If he leaves its not 40m. The AD in Tallahassee and Jimbo havent gotten along very well in a few years. He may also be wanting to get away from Crazy Candi (ex).

I'm all in on Gruden, I do have relatives that are big in their law school and just relaying the chatter they have been saying for weeks; he is not a bad plan B.
