I know previously the Helm family had not wanted to go into detail and whatnot. I figure as long as they don’t want it out there then the true scope won’t get out.

I'm listening at the moment. I feel like if he had won big, hardly anyone would say anything negative about him. Butch is a Saban control freak without the Saban success.

Told Helm in team meeting to write "I am a *****" on his note pad. So you think Swain, Basilio, and Helms' family is making this up, for those of you calling them cowards?

Sounds like Butch was a true scumbag. I know some of you supported this guy out of blind loyalty to the program without really knowing him on a personal level. Anyone who knew Butch well and still supported him is even more of a scumbag than Butch IMO because at least Butch had the excuse that he was getting millions.

Im saying why didnt they get it out back then. Thats what makes them a coward.

Last time I saw that rumor someone was claiming he had to stand in front of the football team and say that.

We often disagree but this is one time we're on the same page.
Waiting until your family gets bit to run in and yell there's a snake in the room, is weak.

I know some will have a different opinion and I have no interest in debating it. I thought about this since the first posts of "can't wait to hear what comes out after Jones is fired". If you don't report one story because you don't want your media credentials threatened, I understand. If you come out with multiple stories after the fact, I don't want to hear the excuses as to why.

Aside from the Helm thing, what makes him a scumbag? People keep talking about this but not providing any details.

This is the time when those of you who've spent the last year or two insulting your fellow fans because they were over Butch get to have your noses rubbed in it. If you don't like it, the Bama fan bandwagon is still open.
