Maybe its that I'm a glass half full guy but I have to believe. Currie has a plan worked out. Hamilton was a perfect example of the Peter Principle of incompetence. Kansas State is a basketball school and Currie made the controversial decision to fire Frank Martin. Right or wrong it took a strong individual to make that call. UT football is much bigger than K State bball. Currie has to have all his contingencies in place.

I'm choosing to believe this until he proves me wrong.

For all of the people that bring information to this thread. It is funny how some people are put on a pedistal because everyone believes them and their word is the holy gospel. While others like myself post some chatter and even if we agree with it or not, we are roasted. I think if I get any more info, I will keep it to myself next time.

Back in 12 my friend’s father-in-law managed a well-known game day bar on the strip. Had it on good authority from a local Cadillac dealer that he had rented 6 Escalades for the arrival of Gruden as HC. Got burned, and it was only two degrees removed from the source. It’s a crapshoot.
