Nope. Many position vacancies have overlapping docs. We tried EVERYTHING last night and this morning. If a doc is signed it legally has to go into IRIS.

All this means is that nothing has been signed and I never believed the whole MOU thing anyway.

It can’t be official until we have a vacancy. We have no vacancy, therefore no signed contracts to input into the system.

He is just saying a mou hasn't been signed.
I said the same thing you just said a week ago and proceeded to get told I know nothing. That its back channels and if BJ has signed his buyout they could. Which isn't the case cause he would bail but ya nothing is officially signed

Not to question what you know. But we all know there are loopholes to things. Remember when people said Monte Kiffin couldn't come as DC here because some nepotism clause. Then when Lane was hired Mike Hamilton said Monte Kiffin would report directly to Athletic Director (Hamilton) and not Lane. I'm paraphrasing of course. But that was asked of Hamilton by the media.

Even the win last week had the feeling of a tie. At this point it wouldn’t matter anyway....even if we beat Vanderbilt like a drum (which I don’t think will happen), we are all still going to stand around here with our hands in or pockets, because there’s absolutely nothing to be stoked about.
