I ask them both how long they would plan to be here. If Gruden says 10+ years I take him. It's a close one for me though. I really like Peterson, as a coach and person.

The (B) represents guys that were in the 2013 class that was thrown together last minute. The biggest thing that stands out to me, is that the new coach should have a much better class to try and put together late.

One thing I know for sure. If we hire a Bobo type coach I’m not wasting a minute reading a report on who stands out in the winter conditioning program. I recall eagerly pouring over reports on those (B)s and day dreaming about how each was a steal. Quinn and Harris come to mind.

Waste of time and mental energy. All that matters is what they and the coach show us on Saturdays.

...but if it’s Gruden...
